Mümtazer Sarvan ran back to his position shaking his head. Almiro Queiroga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but László Dala read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Southampton U23 booed when NTT FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ádám Vastag didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Southampton U23 getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mümtazer Sarvan hit a great ball. László Dala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mümtazer Sarvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Lajos Lantos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ádám Vastag in the 21st minute of the match. When Mümtazer Sarvan came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Southampton U23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mümtazer Sarvan couldn't finish the play. Aivar Lipp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. László Dala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mümtazer Sarvan in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mümtazer Sarvan in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck László Dala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Southampton U23's Mümtazer Sarvan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Southampton U23 fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Southampton U23's Mümtazer Sarvan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mümtazer Sarvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Tibor Vadas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mümtazer Sarvan to strike the kick off in the second half. Benjámin Sámuel charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjámin Sámuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benjámin Sámuel kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. László Dala made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Mümtazer Sarvan sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Mümtazer Sarvan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 73 minutes into the game, Lajos Csapó was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Southampton U23's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NTT FC the free kick. When NTT FC's Ákos Huszti in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mümtazer Sarvan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 85 minutes into the game, Southampton U23's Mümtazer Sarvan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. László Dala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in NTT FC's zone, Mümtazer Sarvan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. László Dala came out of the goal and Mümtazer Sarvan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Mümtazer Sarvan notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of NTT FC's László Dala. László Dala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Southampton U23 played a much better game than NTT FC and deserved their victory. The NTT FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
