Lajos Lantos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kálmán Kiss in the 10th minute of play. Lajos Lantos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kálmán Kiss in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Dombiratosi Football Club's Kálmán Kiss made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lajos Lantos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Krisztián Kenesei kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Dombiratosi Football Club's Tamás Varsányi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lajos Lantos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 28th minute Kálmán Kiss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Lantos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihály Dénes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Southampton U23's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Varsányi came free, but Lajos Lantos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lajos Lantos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from András Horváth in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the Southampton U23 defense, Tamás Varsányi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Lantos. The Southampton U23 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lajos Lantos should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute Kálmán Kiss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Lantos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Southampton U23's goal looked a bit too open when Krisztián Kenesei came free, but Lajos Lantos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 52 minutes of play, Dombiratosi Football Club's Tamás Varsányi made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamás Varsányi in the 56th minute of play forced Southampton U23's goalkeeper Lajos Lantos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Southampton U23's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kálmán Kiss was slow to take the kick. During this time Dombiratosi Football Club's players had a chance to rest. Lajos Lantos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krisztián Kenesei in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamás Varsányi in the 63rd minute of play forced Southampton U23's goalkeeper Lajos Lantos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Dombiratosi Football Club booed when Southampton U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márton Dénes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kálmán Kiss was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Lajos Lantos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tamás Varsányi went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Karsai in the 69th minute of play. Lajos Lantos came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Dombiratosi Football Club's Krisztián Kenesei. But to his dismay, Krisztián Kenesei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. When Dombiratosi Football Club's Tamás Varsányi in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Southampton U23's goalie prevented a goal. In the 75th minute Kálmán Kiss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Lantos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Southampton U23's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tamás Varsányi 76 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-13. Krisztián Kenesei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Lajos Lantos made a huge save. Mümtazer Sarvan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Dombiratosi Football Club booed when Southampton U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aivar Lipp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lajos Lantos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mátyás Csonka in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Mümtazer Sarvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David De Gea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Southampton U23 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dombiratosi Football Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
