Tiszaadony SE's Tamás Juhász was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Tamás Juhász cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lajos Lantos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Southampton U23 from getting a goal against them. Tamás Juhász could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lajos Lantos made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Almiro Queiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tamás Juhász came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lajos Lantos could save by the left post. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Southampton U23 from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Southampton U23's goalkeeper Lajos Lantos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tamás Juhász. In the 31st play minute Tamás Juhász came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lajos Lantos. 4-0. 34 minutes into the match, Southampton U23's goal looked a bit too open when Bertold Balogh came free, but Lajos Lantos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Southampton U23 from getting a goal against them. Tibor Vadas's late challenge caught a Tiszaadony SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tibor Vadas helped the player get up and apologised. Tiszaadony SE's Gábor Kásás was substituted for Mihály Segesváry. Jeromos Hidegkúti lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Tiszaadony SE. Erik Ferenczy stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lajos Lantos. 5-0. Lajos Lantos came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Tiszaadony SE's Gábor Kásás. But to his dismay, Gábor Kásás quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0.

Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tamás Juhász in the 51st minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Tibor Vadas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 58th match minute, Southampton U23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Almiro Queiroga to maneuver through the defense. When Tiszaadony SE's Tamás Juhász in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Róbert Vörös quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Tamás Juhász took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lajos Lantos. Lajos Lantos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tamás Juhász in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Southampton U23's zone, Róbert Vörös stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lajos Lantos came out of the goal and Róbert Vörös tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lajos Lantos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamás Juhász, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 85thth minute of the game Róbert Vörös who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Southampton U23's Lajos Lantos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
