Spectators: 8401 (Terracing: 6301, Seating: 1932, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anton Kudrinskiy started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelio Valencina in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfréd Váradi saved Al-Lin FC Vásárosnamény from getting behind. The Sunreavers fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Sunreavers's Robert Nisipeanu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 10th minute Tibor Cselényi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Márton Győrffy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Attila Bányai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfréd Váradi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 24 minutes, Anton Kudrinskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunreavers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Kudrinskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 34 minutes of play, Sunreavers's Terry Smedts made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfréd Váradi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Sebestyén Barabás made a precise shot to the right of Alfréd Váradi. Al-Lin FC Vásárosnamény's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Alfréd Váradi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Kudrinskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Sunreavers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anton Kudrinskiy in the 40th minute. A nice corner shot did that Terry Smedts got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alfréd Váradi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Nisipeanu in the 43rd minute of play forced Al-Lin FC Vásárosnamény's goalkeeper Alfréd Váradi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfréd Váradi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Kudrinskiy's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Alfréd Váradi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Nisipeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Attila Bányai made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Cselényi in the 51st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Robert Nisipeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunreavers's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Nisipeanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfréd Váradi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sunreavers's Sebestyén Barabás got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfréd Váradi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. After 65 minutes, Pál Dudics mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Al-Lin FC Vásárosnamény and the Sunreavers players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Robert Nisipeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebestyén Barabás struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Alfréd Váradi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunreavers. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Al-Lin FC Vásárosnamény's goalkeeper Alfréd Váradi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Anton Kudrinskiy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfréd Váradi. That made the score 0-8 in the 77 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebestyén Barabás got free with Alfréd Váradi in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfréd Váradi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Terry Smedts showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 89 minute of play. Alfréd Váradi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Kudrinskiy's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Sunreavers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Al-Lin FC Vásárosnamény.
