With an all-out effort, Sunreavers's Cordero Trielles threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Terry Smedts, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Francisco Eleder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of István Csongrádi's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Francisco Eleder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from István Csongrádi in the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling István Csongrádi in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Eleder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cordero Trielles made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Sebestyén Barabás sent off a good shot on target. Sunreavers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anton Kudrinskiy in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers István Csongrádi in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Eleder saved Sunreavers from getting behind. Cordero Trielles was a little too slow when Robert Nisipeanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, István Csongrádi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Sunreavers's Francisco Eleder. Francisco Eleder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers István Csongrádi in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Eleder saved Sunreavers from getting behind. Sebestyén Barabás could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Cordero Trielles made a huge save. After the first half Abasár ETO were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when István Csongrádi made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling István Csongrádi in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Fábián Hujber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Francisco Eleder made a huge save. A collision led to Abasár ETO getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Samuel Honrio hit a great ball. Cordero Trielles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. István Csongrádis short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Francisco Eleder to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. István Csongrádi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Francisco Eleder came out and tried to block the shot, but István Csongrádi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 93rd minute. Abasár ETO's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
