The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ede Détári got free with Danilo Vaz in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Greenboys FC booed when Pogány sc. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. András Pócsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balázs Kutasi hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Wincenty Lech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Croitoru in the 21st minute of play. Danilo Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balázs Kutasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pogány sc.'s Wincenty Lech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Croitoru in the 25th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Greenboys FC's Zsolt Füzesi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincenty Lech was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Greenboys FC booed when Pogány sc. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Péter Pál didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute Zsolt Füzesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincenty Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 67 in the game by Felix Paveliuc from a close distance when the talented Wincenty Lech managed to make a qualified save. Pogány sc.'s players were relieved. In the 71st minute András Soós suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Felix Paveliuc fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 87th minute of the match, Zsolt Füzesi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wincenty Lech saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 91 minutes into the game, Dávid Gáspár was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pogány sc.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Greenboys FC the free kick. Dávid Gáspár kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Iurie Croitoru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Greenboys FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iurie Croitoru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Zsolt Füzesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincenty Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greenboys FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
