Spectators: 9213 (Terracing: 6912, Seating: 2118, VIP seats: 183) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gabriel Fabelo kicked off to start the match. Reynaldo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Fabelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Gabriel Fabelo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reynaldo Jaume was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Reynaldo Jaume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Kovács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Fabelo in the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Nike Cavia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Péter Mészáros. Nike Cavia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Lajos Tímár's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Péter Mészáros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nike Cavia got free with Péter Mészáros in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nike Cavia hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Gergely Dobi came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Csabagyöngye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gergely Dobi couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lajos Tímár made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Csabagyöngye's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Tímár came free, but Péter Mészáros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Gabriel Fabelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Csabagyöngye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Fabelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Lajos Tímár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Péter Mészáros was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Reynaldo Jaume made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Gabriel Fabelo sent off a good shot on target. After 62 minutes Szittyák SE rege's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rich Durbridge who took care of the corner kick. Jácint Simon tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Reynaldo Jaume. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-2 in the 62nd minute. Szittyák SE rege's Cristiano Ronald was substituted for Rex Fynn. When Szittyák SE rege's László Gácsi in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Csabagyöngye's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling László Gácsi in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Péter Mészáros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If László Gácsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Csabagyöngye made a substitution. Conrado Saraiva replaced Gergely Dobi. Szittyák SE rege's Sebestyén Soós was substituted for Nike Cavia. After some careless play in the Csabagyöngye defense, László Gácsi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Péter Mészáros. The Csabagyöngye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Mészáros should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute László Gácsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Mészáros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szittyák SE rege's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Milán Seres in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Szittyák SE rege's László Gácsi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Péter Mészáros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Péter Mészáros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from László Gácsi went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that László Gácsi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Péter Mészáros was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 97th minute of the match Szittyák SE rege got a corner. Csabagyöngye's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milán Seres ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Marcos Alonso heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Csabagyöngye's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
