The supporters of Manchester United booed when NK Dubrovnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalibor Orlić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Martinčević took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jakša Karna. Jakša Karna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Roman Martinčević managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Martinčević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
