After having played for 13 minutes, Ljubomir Kopljar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaptol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ljubomir Kopljar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ljubomir Kopljar in the 16th minute of play forced Gradići's goalkeeper Teodor Vujasinović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Gradići's Marinko Sedmak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dragan Romić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marinko Sedmak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Dragan Romić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marinko Sedmak took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dragan Romić. Dragan Romić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gradići's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
