After having played for 10 minutes, Nikola Kovačev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ugljan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikola Kovačev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tigrovi Os's Ibrica Serdar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislav Jusić in the 11th minute of play. Mato Benček received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nikša Baričević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes, Aleksandar Stepić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tigrovi Os and the Ugljan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ladislav Jusić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ibrica Serdar having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Tigrovi Os's goal looked a bit too open when Nikola Kovačev came free, but Ibrica Serdar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Ugljan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Šipraga to maneuver through the defense. Ibrica Serdar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikola Kovačev in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ladislav Jusić was the one to do the kick off. Erik Bosanac charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Bosanac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st match minute, Tigrovi Os was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Bosanac to maneuver through the defense. Ibrica Serdar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nikša Baričević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mato Benček in the 64th minute of the match. Nikola Kovačev was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Ugljan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ibrica Serdar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislav Jusić, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Tigrovi Os's Aleksandar Stepić got a free kick in the 69th minute. Tigrovi Os were furious when Mateo Tomić was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Tigrovi Os:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ugljan:s goal. Matko Jendrić shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Josip Malović struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Nikša Baričević didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigrovi Os. Tigrovi Os's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ladislav Jusić 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislav Jusić in the 86th minute of play forced Tigrovi Os's goalkeeper Ibrica Serdar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Ladislav Jusić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ibrica Serdar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ibrica Serdar came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ugljan's Ladislav Jusić. But to his dismay, Ladislav Jusić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Nikola Kovačev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ibrica Serdar having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Ugljan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tigrovi Os.
