Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fran Jelača got the match started through his kick off. Zoltan Mesarić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jura Kušan having to interfere. Dalibor Valentić struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jura Kušan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koprivnički Bregi OŠK. Gustav Fertaljs short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Jura Kušan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fran Jelača received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Mladen Mužić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Koprivnički Bregi OŠK got a freekick which was hit by Dalibor Valentić. 18 minutes into the match, Koprivnički Bregi OŠK's goal looked a bit too open when Fran Jelača came free, but Mladen Mužić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Fertalj struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jura Kušan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koprivnički Bregi OŠK. A collision led to Vrbovsko Croatia getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Pavao Jelčić hit a great ball. Dalibor Valentić hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jura Kušan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltan Mesarić in the 38th minute of the match. Vrbovsko Croatia's Jura Kušan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Vrbovsko Croatia from getting a goal against them. If Valentin Merlić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zoltan Mesarić made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Zoltan Mesarić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jura Kušan was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 61 minutes, Dinko Mezga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Koprivnički Bregi OŠK and the Vrbovsko Croatia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Koprivnički Bregi OŠK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinko Mezga to maneuver through the defense. If Fran Jelača had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. Jura Kušan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltan Mesarić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Sergej Antonić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vrbovsko Croatia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Koprivnički Bregi OŠK the free kick. Mato Tumir was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gustav Fertalj recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fran Jelača in the 84th minute of play forced Koprivnički Bregi OŠK's goalkeeper Mladen Mužić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustav Fertalj in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jura Kušan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 90 minutes, Zoltan Mesarić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Koprivnički Bregi OŠK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoltan Mesarić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fran Jelača sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Koprivnički Bregi OŠK had won after a very even match.
