Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Feliks Vareškić started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cirkovljan's Feliks Vareškić got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zaprešić's Tonko Đurković proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Zaprešić from getting a goal against them. Feliks Vareškić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tonko Đurković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zaprešić's Tomo Gobac in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cirkovljan's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Zaprešić booed when Cirkovljan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdeslav Brezovečki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Amić's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Tonko Đurković skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28th minute Marijan Gracin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severin Špoljarić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Feliks Vareškić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Zaprešić got a freekick which was hit by Duško Pršo. A collision led to Zaprešić getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Duško Pršo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Martin Amić could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Tonko Đurković however easily saved by the left post. Zaprešić's Tonko Đurković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Vareškić in the 36th minute of play. Tonko Đurković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Vareškić, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Feliks Vareškić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tonko Đurković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Tonko Đurković took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Amić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomo Gobac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute, Marijan Gracin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severin Špoljarić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Zdeslav Brezovečki hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Tomo Gobac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zdeslav Brezovečki hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Severin Špoljarić made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Marijan Gracin sent off a good shot on target. Tomo Gobac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severin Špoljarić having to interfere. Većeslav Ježić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Tonko Đurković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Amić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirkovljan's Severin Špoljarić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Cirkovljan from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute Martin Amić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tonko Đurković saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tonko Đurković came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Cirkovljan's Feliks Vareškić. But to his dismay, Feliks Vareškić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Martin Amić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 96 minutes, Feliks Vareškić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cirkovljan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliks Vareškić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cirkovljan were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
