Spectators: 6795 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 0) Ozalj's Kruno Vardić started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute of the match Sandi Škarpa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominik Zidić skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th play minute Boris Kruljac came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dominik Zidić. 1-0. After 14 played minutes Stupnik got a freekick which was hit by August Đapić. Kruno Vardić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stupnik's Vladimir Bjažić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branislav Tišma in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, August Đapić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stupnik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ozalj the free kick. August Đapić kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Branislav Tišma scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimir Bjažić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Dominik Zidić managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Stupnik's Domagoj Lučić fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Boris Kruljac's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Dominik Zidić skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sandi Škarpa kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Rato Dretar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domagoj Lučić to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domagoj Lučić in the 59th minute of play forced Ozalj's goalkeeper Dominik Zidić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Zidić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domagoj Lučić, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Branislav Tišma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Vladimir Bjažić when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kruno Vardić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Boris Kruljac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boris Kruljac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Zidić having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Boris Kruljac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Zidić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boris Kruljac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domagoj Lučić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Zidić having to interfere. Dominik Zidić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Kruljac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
