Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Severin Marinković made the kick off and thus started the match. Eduard Knezović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severin Marinković in the 4th minute of play. Žarko Klasnić might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Davor Vedrina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Žarko Klasnić ran back to his position shaking his head. The goalkeeper, Davor Vedrina, was totally fooled by Korenica Dunav's Ninoslav Šilješ, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 20th minute Mladen Škorput shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduard Knezović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ninoslav Šilješs short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Davor Vedrina to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 26 played minutes Grubišno Polje Neretva got a freekick which was hit by Sandi Vulinec. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mislav Bogdanović in the 29th minute of play forced Grubišno Polje Neretva's goalkeeper Davor Vedrina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Grubišno Polje Neretva getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Grgur Orešar hit a great ball. Želimir Princ kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Žarko Klasnić struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Davor Vedrina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korenica Dunav. After a rather tough play, Grubišno Polje Neretva's Grgur Orešar got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 44th play minutes Žarko Klasnić shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Davor Vedrina and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Grubišno Polje Neretva's zone, Ninoslav Šilješ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davor Vedrina came out of the goal and Ninoslav Šilješ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Korenica Dunav's Ninoslav Šilješ got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Žarko Klasnić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korenica Dunav's supporters rose to their feet, but Žarko Klasnić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davor Vedrina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Korenica Dunav's Lado Gračić quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ištvan Ćuti, made in the 57th minute of the game. Davor Vedrina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Žarko Klasnić went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Mihael Bartolović lost his temper 62 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Eduard Knezović had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Josip Jurković's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 70th minute, Korenica Dunav's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Severin Marinković fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Božidar Preradović during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Božidar Preradović kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Sandi Vulinec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severin Marinković in the 77th minute of play forced Korenica Dunav's goalkeeper Eduard Knezović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Ratko Pušić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grubišno Polje Neretva and the Korenica Dunav players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Grubišno Polje Neretva fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ninoslav Šilješ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korenica Dunav's supporters rose to their feet, but Ninoslav Šilješ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davor Vedrina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mislav Bogdanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ninoslav Šilješ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ninoslav Šilješ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davor Vedrina having to interfere. Korenica Dunav's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
