With an all-out effort, Susedgrad Uskok's Zoltan Dukarić threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Minđek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Štokić in the 16th minute of play forced Susedgrad Uskok's goalkeeper Dušan Babarović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dušan Babarović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borislav Madunić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Susedgrad Uskok's Dušan Babarović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borislav Madunić in the 19th minute of play. If Marin Penga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Stjepko Moković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Robert Minđek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Minđek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoltan Dukarić having to interfere. The audience was convinced that August Štokić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dušan Babarović was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Minđek to make the kick off. Marin Penga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert Minđek might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zoltan Dukarić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Minđek ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, Grabovac Dunav's August Štokić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dušan Babarović narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Susedgrad Uskok getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Simon Vrsalović hit a great ball. A hard shot by Ljudevit Ilieva from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Dušan Babarović's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Marin Penga struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Zoltan Dukarić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Susedgrad Uskok. 77 minutes into the match, Susedgrad Uskok's goal looked a bit too open when Borislav Madunić came free, but Dušan Babarović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Grabovac Dunav's Stjepko Moković got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Robert Minđek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grabovac Dunav's Zoltan Dukarić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tonči Zukić during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when August Štokić got free with Dušan Babarović in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Susedgrad Uskok getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Đino Katanec hit a great ball. When August Štokić came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Grabovac Dunav fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that August Štokić couldn't finish the play. The Grabovac Dunav players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
