Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ivica Balaško started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6thth minute of the game Ivica Balaško who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zvijerci Vitez's Stjepan Karapandža was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ivica Balaško had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivica Balaško scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stjepan Karapandža, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th match minute, Barun United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernest Kajp to maneuver through the defense. Ibrica Čaplar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stjepan Karapandža having to interfere. In the 24thth minute of the game Ivica Balaško who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zvijerci Vitez's Stjepan Karapandža was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Radoslav Tukša came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Barun United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radoslav Tukša couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernest Šturbek in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dionisio Mikolas saved Barun United from getting behind. After 33 minutes, Ernest Kajp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barun United and the Zvijerci Vitez players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Barun United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernest Kajp to maneuver through the defense. Ivica Balaško did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Stjepan Karapandža 37 minutes into the match. Ivica Balaško's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Stjepan Karapandža skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The throw-in from Zvonimir Huskić in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Barun United's Stojko Zauner. 43 minutes into the game, Ivica Balaško recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stjepan Karapandža. Ivica Balaško showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernest Šturbek made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Zvijerci Vitez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Živko Moćan to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivica Balaško during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ivica Balaško hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Barun United's Ivica Balaško got a free kick in the 65th minute. If Ivica Balaško had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Barun United getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ibrica Čaplar hit a great ball. Bernard Šerbedžija took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dionisio Mikolas. Barun United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Stojko Zauner struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Stjepan Karapandža didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barun United. Bernard Šerbedžija hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Ibrica Čaplar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stjepan Karapandža was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Zvijerci Vitez defense, Ibrica Čaplar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stjepan Karapandža. The Zvijerci Vitez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stjepan Karapandža should have stopped the shot. In the 86th match minute, Barun United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anđelko Nemet to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Ernest Šturbek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Mikolas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ivica Balaško had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stjepan Karapandža showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ibrica Čaplar, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Barun United fully deserved thier win.
