Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florijan Dominković started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Podhum's Fabijan Fertalj got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Marko Reljić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomo Filković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Patrik Cvitanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blaženko Labura succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 12th playminute. In the 15th minute, Frano Burnać hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferdinand Đurković's late challenge caught a Varteks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Đurković helped the player get up and apologised. FC Podhum's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Florijan Dominković scored to the left of an out of position Snješko Festini, making the score, 2-0. In the 23rd match minute, Varteks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frano Burnać to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Varteks getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Žarko Tratnik hit a great ball. Florijan Dominković received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Snješko Festini came out and tried to block the shot, but Florijan Dominković slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ninoslav Iveković in the 34th minute of play forced Varteks's goalkeeper Marko Reljić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Klement Jakominić charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klement Jakominić the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, FC Podhum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klement Jakominić to maneuver through the defense. Snješko Festini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florijan Dominković's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Marko Reljić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomo Filković in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Cvitanović in the 54th minute of play forced Varteks's goalkeeper Marko Reljić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The nice shot from Tomo Filković in the 55thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Marko Reljić had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 58 minutes into the match, Varteks's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Cvitanović came free, but Marko Reljić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marko Reljić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Cvitanović in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Ninoslav Iveković dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marko Reljić, 3-1. 65 minutes into the game, one of Varteks:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomo Filković scored 3-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Reljić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blaženko Labura hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute Patrik Cvitanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Reljić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Držimir Ledenko in the 91st minute of play forced FC Podhum's goalkeeper Snješko Festini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, FC Podhum's goal looked a bit too open when Žarko Tratnik came free, but Snješko Festini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Podhum's Fabijan Fertalj got a free kick in the 96th minute. Držimir Ledenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Podhum were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
