An unexpectedly hard shot by Gradimir Sesan in the 10th minute of play forced HNK VAVO Rajić's goalkeeper Velimir Mraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Franko Radeta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HNK VAVO Rajić's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vela Luka OSK the free kick. With a little luck, HNK VAVO Rajić's Velimir Mraz got control of the ball when Jadran Brnović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Relja Ćirić hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Velimir Mraz made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jadran Brnović sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Vela Luka OSK's zone, Leopold Antunović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrik Dorić came out of the goal and Leopold Antunović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Relja Ćirić in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by HNK VAVO Rajić's Sandi Janeš. Patrik Dorić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toma Bošnjak's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Jakov Jurković threw the ball into play from the sideline. HNK VAVO Rajić's Sandi Janeš quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Toma Bošnjak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patrik Dorić having to make a save. In the 37th minute Sandi Janeš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Dorić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Toma Bošnjak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vela Luka OSK's Patrik Dorić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute, Kruno Travar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Dorić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half HNK VAVO Rajić were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Toma Bošnjak to make the kick off. If Toma Bošnjak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toma Bošnjak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Dorić having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Sandi Janeš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. HNK VAVO Rajić's Velimir Mraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jadran Brnović in the 60th minute of play. Toma Bošnjak struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Patrik Dorić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HNK VAVO Rajić. Kruno Travar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 71 minutes, Toma Bošnjak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HNK VAVO Rajić's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toma Bošnjak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandi Janeš struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Patrik Dorić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HNK VAVO Rajić. The Vela Luka OSK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. HNK VAVO Rajić were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
