After a rather tough play, Apriano Juniors's Relja Resanović got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mladen Asanović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristijan Rauk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jadran Dominković recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Pussy Smoke FC's Fernando Janpier got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, Rato Mikulić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Apriano Juniors's Jadran Dominković ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sylvain Gobbelijns. Sylvain Gobbelijns yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mirko Novaković hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Držimir Baletić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sylvain Gobbelijns made a huge save. Sylvain Gobbelijns made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ištvan Plavčić sent off a good shot on target. Sylvain Gobbelijns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ištvan Plavčić in the 35th minute of play. If Igor Sementsov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Apriano Juniors booed when Pussy Smoke FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Sementsov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Držimir Baletić fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Janpier made a kick off. Mladen Asanović made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Igor Sementsov sent off a good shot on target. Mladen Asanović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Sementsov, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Igor Sementsov took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mladen Asanović. Mladen Asanović dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 60th minute Ištvan Plavčić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylvain Gobbelijns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Jadran Dominković managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apriano Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Jadran Dominković was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sylvain Gobbelijns breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Achilles Theunis fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pussy Smoke FC's protests and gave Achilles Theunis a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Pussy Smoke FC got a freekick which was hit by Achilles Theunis. Ištvan Plavčić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute Ištvan Plavčić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylvain Gobbelijns saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jadran Dominković scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sylvain Gobbelijns, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Držimir Baletić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sylvain Gobbelijns having to make a save. 88 minutes in the game, Igor Sementsov fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mladen Asanović having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Pussy Smoke FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rato Mikulić to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Apriano Juniors players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
