Spectators: 7950 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frane Čiček took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frane Čiček in the 3rd minute of play forced Povratnici's goalkeeper Višeslav Berend to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5thth minute of the game Andrej Palković who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stipanovci Željezničar's Fran Mađarić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Povratnici's Višeslav Berend proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Povratnici from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Povratnici's Fran Davidović got a free kick in the 21st minute. Stipanovci Željezničar's Fabijan Mlačak shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Višeslav Berend but with some difficulty. After 24 minutes of play, Povratnici's Eduard Turčin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fran Mađarić was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vice Vrhovski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Višeslav Berend skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Povratnici's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vice Vrhovski was slow to take the kick. During this time Stipanovci Željezničar's players had a chance to rest. Fran Mađarić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrej Palković, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Eduard Turčin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fran Mađarić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Stipanovci Željezničar got a freekick which was hit by Dragutin Šurbek. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Antonio Alić with Fabijan Mlačak as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Eduard Turčin hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrej Palković to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Stipanovci Željezničar's Dragutin Šurbek got a free kick in the 50th minute. Povratnici's Wong Lee shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 51st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fran Mađarić but with some difficulty. 56 minutes into the game, Leon Mavrić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stipanovci Željezničar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Povratnici the free kick. In the 56th minute, Leon Mavrić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Povratnici getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Eduard Turčin hit a great ball. Fran Mađarić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrej Palković in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute of the game Antonio Alić made a throw-in which Fabijan Mlačak played forward. Donat Grković charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donat Grković the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Donat Grković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Predrag Žuko during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Stipanovci Željezničar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Predrag Žuko to maneuver through the defense. Fran Mađarić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fran Davidović, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Povratnici's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Mavrić came free, but Višeslav Berend reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Povratnici's Višeslav Berend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frane Čiček in the 87th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Povratnici got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Turčin. Eduard Turčin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
