In the 3rd match minute, Kanarinci was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoslav Ivanković to maneuver through the defense. Isak Žiha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dragutin Vasiljević in the 29th minute of the match. Lucijan Jovanovski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Vlaho Modrah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucijan Jovanovski during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kanarinci booed when Smoljancicxv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucijan Jovanovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isak Žiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslav Ivanković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Smoljancicxv's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslav Ivanković came free, but Isak Žiha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucijan Jovanovski to make the kick off. Ostoja Martinović's late challenge caught a Smoljancicxv's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ostoja Martinović helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Smoljancicxv booed when Kanarinci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kanarinci's Vlaho Modrah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucijan Jovanovski in the 71st minute of play. Vlaho Modrah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucijan Jovanovski's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Vlaho Modrah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svebor Rubčić, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Lucijan Jovanovski hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Kanarinci made a substitution. Petar Krile replaced Dragutin Vasiljević. After a rather tough play, Smoljancicxv's Lucijan Jovanovski got a free kick in the 80th minute. Isak Žiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslav Ivanković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vjekoslav Gojak kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
