Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugen Topol started the match with the kick off. Valentin Špika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Zajec in the 3rd minute of the match. Franko Kereš received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Valentin Špika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Donat Teur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olibsd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donat Teur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filip Mrazovac hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th match minute, Olibsd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neno Fukač to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Sandi Balajić managed to get in a good position for a shot. hajduk split's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandi Balajić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Šandor Butković breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 played minutes Olibsd got a freekick which was hit by Filip Mrazovac. In the 19th minute of the match, Patrik Stojnić got a very nice opportunity to score, but Šandor Butković was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Donat Teur struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Valentin Špika didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olibsd. When Franko Kereš came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Olibsd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franko Kereš couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Olibsd's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Stojnić came free, but Šandor Butković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, hajduk split's Robert Valentić ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Šandor Butković. Šandor Butković yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 35th minute, Olibsd's Filip Mrazovac seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Filip Mrazovac the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Olibsd protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Filip Mrazovac had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 34th minute, one of Olibsd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Olibsd. The score was 2-0 after a penalty in the 37th minute, where hajduk split:s Sandi Balajić tricked Olibsd:s Šandor Butković with a difficult ball by the left post. Patrik Stojnić kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Franko Kereš recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrik Zajec to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Olibsd's goal looked a bit too open when Veselin Matešić came free, but Šandor Butković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Valentić in the 53rd minute of play forced Olibsd's goalkeeper Šandor Butković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donat Teur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Špika having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Patrik Zajec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Donat Teur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valentin Špika. Donat Teur showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Patrik Zajec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Dinko Sušak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. hajduk split's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olibsd the free kick. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Patrik Stojnić sped through Olibsd's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Šandor Butković. If Veselin Matešić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Franko Kereš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olibsd's Šandor Butković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Topol in the 73rd minute of play. Many of Olibsd's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Olibsd may have spent more time on the ball, but hajduk split were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
