Ilko Toplek didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Isak Uroda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as ZG Hakleri's Sanjin Skelin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edo Baletić. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Mauro Sabolek hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes of play, ZG Hakleri's Arijan Paović made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edo Baletić was left in no man's land by his defense there! Veselin Dundara kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Sanjin Skelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZG Hakleri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sanjin Skelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 minutes Kaštel Starix's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sanjin Skelin who took care of the corner kick. In the 26th minute, Arijan Paović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edo Baletić was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to Kaštel Starix getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Gustav Tondini hit a great ball. Edo Baletić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arijan Paović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, ZG Hakleri's Sanjin Skelin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edo Baletić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sanjin Skelin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edo Baletić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Sanjin Skelin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Edo Baletić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arijan Paović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ZG Hakleri's Leo Krivačić was substituted for Mauro Sabolek. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egon Đurek to make the kick off. Arijan Paović scored 6-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edo Baletić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edo Baletić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arijan Paović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Isak Uroda notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Kaštel Starix's Edo Baletić. Edo Baletić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 64 played minutes Kaštel Starix got a freekick which was hit by Alen Škorić. Isak Uroda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The ZG Hakleri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. 88 minutes into the match, Kaštel Starix's goal looked a bit too open when Sanjin Skelin came free, but Edo Baletić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sanjin Skelin managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZG Hakleri's supporters rose to their feet, but Sanjin Skelin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edo Baletić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Isak Uroda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edo Baletić. Kaštel Starix's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isak Uroda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. 93 minutes into the game, Alen Škorić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kaštel Starix's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZG Hakleri the free kick.
