NK Dubrava Zagreb's attentive Benedito Mineiro managed to snatch the ball when Kristijan Carlin made a throw-in in the 5th minute of the game. Kazimir Pendo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Grgur Mađar having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimir Pendo in the 8th minute of play forced Žminj ONK's goalkeeper Grgur Mađar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Žminj ONK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valter Malekin in the 12th minute. The corner led to Žminj ONK's Luisito Portillo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. NK Dubrava Zagreb's Benedito Mineiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kristijan Carlin, made in the 16th minute of the game. Mathias Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Brcina in the 18th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Žminj ONK's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimir Pendo came free, but Grgur Mađar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grgur Mađar came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by NK Dubrava Zagreb's Kazimir Pendo. But to his dismay, Kazimir Pendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st minute, Benedito Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathias Gavilanes made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Valentin Brcina sent off a good shot on target. Valentin Brcina might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Gavilanes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentin Brcina ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, NK Dubrava Zagreb's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Brcina came free, but Mathias Gavilanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Birsel Nasip fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Žminj ONK's protests and gave Birsel Nasip a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Žminj ONK's Birsel Nasip got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kazimir Pendo to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Valentin Brcina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Žminj ONK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Brcina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mathias Gavilanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Brcina, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Grgur Mađar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimir Pendo in the 59th minute of play. Žminj ONK's Grgur Mađar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Žminj ONK from getting a goal against them. When Valentin Brcina came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Žminj ONK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Brcina couldn't finish the play. NK Dubrava Zagreb made a substitution. Gordan Sedmak replaced Jakab Soós. NK Dubrava Zagreb's Antun Zahora was substituted for Kazimir Pendo. 0-4 became the score in the 65th minute when Antun Zahora elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, NK Dubrava Zagreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludo Lambert to maneuver through the defense. Žminj ONK made a substitution. Boro Bonačić replaced Valentin Brcina. A collision led to NK Dubrava Zagreb getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ludo Lambert hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Clementi Bustio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Gavilanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mathias Gavilanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clementi Bustio in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Boro Bonačić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of NK Dubrava Zagreb booed when Žminj ONK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isak Katić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Žminj ONK's Grgur Mađar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludo Lambert in the 83rd minute of play. Kristijan Carlin kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Antun Zahora's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Grgur Mađar firmly grabbed it by the left post. Grgur Mađar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antun Zahora in the 94th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clementi Bustio in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathias Gavilanes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. NK Dubrava Zagreb played a much better game than Žminj ONK and deserved their victory. The Žminj ONK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
