Spectators: 10838 (Terracing: 8130, Seating: 2492, VIP seats: 216) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Danijel Petrlin kicked off to start the match. Marcos Rojo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Karim Benzema kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Antonio Križanec. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punisher FC's goalkeeper Trifon Voutsinas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 9 minutes Punisher FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adam Dodaj who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Maksimir's Šandor Dajčić getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fabijan Čavlović kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punisher FC's goalkeeper Trifon Voutsinas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Danijel Petrlin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trifon Voutsinas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Mato Dujmović made in the 32nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Antonio Janjić however managed to control. Antonio Križanec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karim Benzema's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Punisher FC's zone, Danijel Petrlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trifon Voutsinas came out of the goal and Danijel Petrlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karim Benzema stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Danijel Petrlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trifon Voutsinas. Punisher FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danijel Petrlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Antonio Hrste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Trifon Voutsinas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trifon Voutsinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danijel Petrlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Punisher FC's goalkeeper Trifon Voutsinas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danijel Petrlin. Antonio Križanec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Benzema, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute Danijel Petrlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trifon Voutsinas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Borko Blaškić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Punisher FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Borko Blaškić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Križanec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maksimir's Adrijan Grbović was substituted for Danijel Petrlin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrijan Grbović in the 67th minute of play forced Punisher FC's goalkeeper Trifon Voutsinas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Maksimir's Adrijan Grbović sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trifon Voutsinas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Trifon Voutsinas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrijan Grbović went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Karim Benzema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Križanec having to interfere. Punisher FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Adrijan Grbović scored to the left of an out of position Trifon Voutsinas, making the score, 1-3. Maksimir's Antonio Križanec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Cerovec in the 87th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Adrijan Grbović took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Trifon Voutsinas to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrijan Grbović kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Trifon Voutsinas. That made the score 1-5 in the 92 minute of play. Although Punisher FC had been in control for most of the match, Maksimir still came away with the win.
