A collision led to Inter Stella 5555 getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Tom Labit hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jérôme Valdenaire in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimitri Talbi saved Foot 2 Rue from getting behind. When Brandon Merlo fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Foot 2 Rue's protests and gave Brandon Merlo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Brandon Merlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Foot 2 Rue got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Vadot. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dimitri Talbi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 37th match minute, Foot 2 Rue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Hudry to maneuver through the defense. Jérôme Valdenaire blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimitri Talbi having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Jérôme Valdenaire's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dimitri Talbi was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Tom Labit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Noureddine Wartel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Frébourg to make the kick off. Dimitri Talbi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jérôme Valdenaire's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Foot 2 Rue defense, Barnabé Delrieu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimitri Talbi. The Foot 2 Rue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimitri Talbi should have stopped the shot. Jérôme Valdenaire took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimitri Talbi. Dimitri Talbi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Jérôme Valdenaire struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Dimitri Talbi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter Stella 5555. Foot 2 Rue's Dimitri Talbi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnabé Delrieu in the 69th minute of play. Foot 2 Rue's Brandon Merlo got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Brandon Merlo off the ground. In the 71st match minute, Foot 2 Rue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brandon Merlo to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Foot 2 Rue's goal looked a bit too open when Jérôme Valdenaire came free, but Dimitri Talbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Foot 2 Rue's goal looked a bit too open when Moussa Maure came free, but Dimitri Talbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inter Stella 5555's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moussa Maure was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Moussa Maure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jérôme Valdenaire came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Inter Stella 5555 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jérôme Valdenaire couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Tom Labit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter Stella 5555's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Labit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Inter Stella 5555 were the better team. Inter Stella 5555's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
