Coqs Rouges Bordeaux's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Leclercq was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yvan Perraudin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Neveu in the 16th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Fourment prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robert Fourment showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Leclercq, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to Centre de Formation getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Constantin Grisard hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Coqs Rouges Bordeaux's Mathias Salat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Fourment made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mathias Salat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Fourment having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Leclercq stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antoine Mayen got free with Robert Fourment in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Centre de Formation's Charlie Le Paih got a free kick in the 56th minute. Grégoire Lacan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Coqs Rouges Bordeaux's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Neveu came free, but Yvan Perraudin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Hérault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Elias Leclercq reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robert Fourment. The goal made the score 0-3. Robert Fourment took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Leclercq, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Fourment showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoine Mayen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
