When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Louison Hanriot put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Daryl Corneloup. Louison Hanriot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daryl Corneloup having to make a save. In the 15th minute, Louison Hanriot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Voreppe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Daryl Corneloup stood somewhat misplaced when Louison Hanriot came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. In the 22nd minute, Louison Hanriot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Louison Hanriot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voreppe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Louison Hanriot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Léopold Poujade fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TAVERNY F.C's protests and gave Léopold Poujade a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, TAVERNY F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léopold Poujade to maneuver through the defense. Daryl Corneloup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louison Hanriot in the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, TAVERNY F.C's Daryl Corneloup got control of the ball when Pierre-Loup Maunoury tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daryl Corneloup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louison Hanriot, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Léopold Poujade did an outstanding performance 40 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-1 to the right of an irritated Camille Lheureux in the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Louison Hanriot made a kick off. Daryl Corneloup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louison Hanriot, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Pierre-Loup Maunoury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Louison Hanriot in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daryl Corneloup prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Louison Hanriot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 66 minutes into the match, Louison Hanriot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daryl Corneloup. TAVERNY F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Louison Hanriot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Pierre-Loup Maunoury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daryl Corneloup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louison Hanriot, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Daryl Corneloup took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louison Hanriot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Louison Hanriot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Pierre-Loup Maunoury had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daryl Corneloup. TAVERNY F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre-Loup Maunoury was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. TAVERNY F.C's Daryl Corneloup played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louison Hanriot in the 85th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pierre-Loup Maunoury in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daryl Corneloup saved TAVERNY F.C from getting behind. Pierre-Emmanuel Lardeux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Daryl Corneloup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daryl Corneloup didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Louison Hanriot went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After 96 played minutes TAVERNY F.C got a freekick which was hit by Danny Félix. In the 96th minute of the match Lionel Bertout sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daryl Corneloup skillfully saved the ball. There was no doubt that Voreppe were the better team. Voreppe's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
