Geoffroy Mousset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bacary Avice's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Loïc Corbineau scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geoffroy Mousset, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Renaud Lesieur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geoffroy Mousset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loïc Corbineau in the 43rd minute of play. Jérôme Pesnel hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The Bordeaux players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Queuleu were winning 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Queuleu's Malcom Buffiere got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Bordeaux's Tanguy Claeys broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jean-Cyrille Crétin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evan Audibert having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tanguy Claeys during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
