Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raymond Boulogne made the kick off which started today's match. Adrien Richter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Foret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Delabarre, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrien Richter in the 14th minute of play forced Rolleville's goalkeeper Roland Foret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Saliers's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Donald Pillon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Robin Delabarre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Foret having to interfere. If Adrien Richter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Delabarre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Foret having to make a save. After 31 minutes, Malcom Larose mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rolleville and the Saliers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Rolleville:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saliers:s goal. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Saliers. Marc-Antoine Le Bars stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roland Foret. 1-1. Adrien Richter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Foret having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrien Richter in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Foret saved Rolleville from getting behind. If Robin Delabarre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Delabarre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrien Richter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raymond Boulogne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Laurendeau having to interfere. Robin Delabarre came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roland Foret could save by the left post. If Adrien Richter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saliers's René Laurendeau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymond Boulogne in the 77th minute of play. René Laurendeau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Boulogne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raymond Boulogne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but René Laurendeau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Adrien Richter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saliers's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrien Richter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Foret breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saliers were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rolleville to leave the ground with a draw.
