Pierre-Olivier Tesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Joachim Tourneux made a huge save. If Pierre-Olivier Tesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Chênais hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Grégoire Belmont hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mâlon's goalkeeper Joachim Tourneux, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kamel Bénier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernand Palau in the 30th minute of the match. Noyer's Kamel Bénier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Grandin in the 31st minute of play. Mâlon's Joachim Tourneux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Delobel in the 34th minute of play. Edgard Bordenave blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joachim Tourneux having to make a save. Pierre-Olivier Tesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Joachim Tourneux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Noyer got a freekick which was hit by Nathanaël Souchon. Pierre-Olivier Tesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joachim Tourneux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Olivier Tesson in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Bordenave in the 44th minute of play forced Mâlon's goalkeeper Joachim Tourneux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre-Olivier Tesson got free with Joachim Tourneux in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgard Bordenave made a kick off. In the 51st minute Edgard Bordenave shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Tourneux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Edgard Bordenave put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Joachim Tourneux. Joachim Tourneux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Bordenave in the 67th minute of the match. Renan Grandin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Mâlon's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Bordenave came free, but Joachim Tourneux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kamel Bénier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Grandin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Kamel Bénier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Grandin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Grandin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Kamel Bénier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pierre-Olivier Tesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joachim Tourneux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Bordenave in the 89th minute of play. Kamel Bénier came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mâlon's Fernand Palau. But to his dismay, Fernand Palau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.
