Mehdi Nussbaum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eymeric Le Cam in the 7th minute of the match. Hannes Säfström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Paulo Jouannet skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gameiro Adde during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hannes Säfström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Paulo Jouannet skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Portes's Prosper Massonnet got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute of the game, Renan Didelot landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 29th minute, Teddy Cecillon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 minutes, Prosper Massonnet made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lewarde's Mehdi Nussbaum tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Portes's Paulo Jouannet got control of the ball when Hannes Säfström tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Hannes Säfström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Mârza in the 57th minute of play forced Portes's goalkeeper Paulo Jouannet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Mondoloni charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Jouannet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. But to his dismay, Hannes Säfström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lewarde fully deserved thier win.
