After 35 minutes, Faouzi Mateos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maxilly sur Leman FC and the Gorceix players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl Châtard took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyril Gosse. Cyril Gosse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 41 minutes, Philippe Bruna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorceix and the Maxilly sur Leman FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goalkeeper, Armand Rémaud, was totally fooled by Maxilly sur Leman FC's Salim Cazeneuve, who 79 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Mike Drevon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armand Rémaud having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Karl Châtard put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cyril Gosse.
