Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when François Delpierre got the match started through his kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game François Delpierre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morpiènas's Jack Joffre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Morpiènas! After 9 played minutes Morpiènas got a freekick which was hit by Léonard Chery. Steevy Souverain, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Émile Martial might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zinedine Castets. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Émile Martial ran back to his position shaking his head. After 16 minutes, Émile Martial made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cergy's Zinedine Castets tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. François Delpierre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruce Deal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Zinedine Castets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charlie Descartes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Joffre having to interfere. If Émile Martial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruce Deal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Zinedine Castets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, one of Morpiènas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Morpiènas. The referee gave Cergy a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Steevy Souverain, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Morpiènas's Jack Joffre. 1-3. Bruce Deal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Zinedine Castets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jérôme Sylla kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Steevy Souverain hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Bruce Deal came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Morpiènas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruce Deal couldn't finish the play. François Delpierre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jack Joffre having to make a save. When Bruce Deal came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Morpiènas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruce Deal couldn't finish the play. Léonard Chery's late challenge caught a Cergy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Léonard Chery helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Léonard Chery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. François Delpierre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 minutes of play, Morpiènas's Bruce Deal made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zinedine Castets was left in no man's land by his defense there! François Delpierre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute.
