When Jean Ménage fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daix's protests and gave Jean Ménage a yellow card for diving instead. Sébastien Gerbault came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Daix's Benjamin Berthet. But to his dismay, Benjamin Berthet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jocelyn Le Grand's late challenge caught a ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jocelyn Le Grand helped the player get up and apologised. 27 minutes into the match, Léo Dufosse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justin Régis. Daix's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Léo Dufosse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Benjamin Berthet struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Sébastien Gerbault didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Daix. After 33 played minutes ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Léo Dufosse. Sébastien Gerbault showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertrand Hanquez in the 35th minute of the match. Benjamin Berthet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Sébastien Gerbault tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Benjamin Berthet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Yohann Douard took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Sébastien Gerbault to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Sébastien Gerbault showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Berthet in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Harold Duault hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sébastien Gerbault made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Berthet in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Daix's Bertrand Hanquez got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Sébastien Gerbault showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertrand Hanquez in the 75th minute of the match. After 76 played minutes ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Léo Dufosse. 79 minutes into the game, Jean-Paul Thorin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Daix the free kick. A collision led to ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jean-Paul Thorin hit a great ball. Harold Duault did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Justin Régis 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jean-Paul Thorin managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Paul Thorin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justin Régis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Bertrand Hanquez notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆'s Sébastien Gerbault. Sébastien Gerbault was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew the final whistle, Daix could leave the field as winners, despite ☆☆☆ Jean Claux BF 99 ☆☆☆ having more of the ball for most of the match.
