After 6 played minutes Recueil got a freekick which was hit by Prosper Blais. Omer Dubot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Pyrzyce in the 8th minute of play. Nelson Pélage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehdi Gruau, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Marcin Pyrzyce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omer Dubot having to make a save. Régis Boussard hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 37 minutes of play, Pigeonnier's Émilien Le Morvan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omer Dubot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Recueil's Prosper Blais quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Charlie Bost, made in the 42nd minute of the game. Omer Dubot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alin Chimeț in the 45th minute of play. Eric Verhaeghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 59 minutes, Alin Chimeț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pigeonnier and the Recueil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alin Chimeț kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match, Émilien Le Morvan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Omer Dubot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mehdi Gruau might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Pélage. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eric Verhaeghe in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson Pélage saved Pigeonnier from getting behind. Mehdi Gruau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nelson Pélage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute of the match Alix Lariviere shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelson Pélage showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Recueil fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pigeonnier were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
