Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Carlo Puglielli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC United getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Beniamin Bejger hit a great ball. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Carlo Puglielli scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. Maciej Winograd hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, FC United's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Zdzislaw Jestrimski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that FC United's Zdzislaw Jestrimski managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zdzislaw Jestrimski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mikolaj Sidors short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, FC United's Tommy Kahn threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Beniamin Bejger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Beniamin Bejger scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 3-0. Mikolaj Sidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. The long shot by Kevinn De Bruyne in the 42nd minute really tested Tommy Kahn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Winograd during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frank Sachs charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlo Puglielli to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, FC United's Primitivo Tebaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Sidor in the 57th minute of the match. FC United were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mikolaj Sidor took the corner. FC United's Mikolaj Sidor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Malte Schiele tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Tommy Kahn. An unnecessary self made goal, 6-0 in the 60th minute. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zdzislaw Jestrimski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by FC United's Mikolaj Sidor. But to his dismay, Mikolaj Sidor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 81 minutes into the match, FC United's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Zdzislaw Jestrimski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Zdzislaw Jestrimski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Germany's Frank Sachs ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zdzislaw Jestrimski. Zdzislaw Jestrimski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-1. In the 98th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense.
