After 15 played minutes, Polska's Florent Casoni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henri Plisson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Polska reached it. Noureddine Boquet succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 19th playminute. The supporters of Polska booed when Pierrevillers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eden Didier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pierrevillers's zone, Thibault Lemetayer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henri Plisson came out of the goal and Thibault Lemetayer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noureddine Boquet got free with Rémy Arnoux in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute of the match, Joffrey Cuvelier tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rémy Arnoux saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Pierrevillers's Ferdinand Vanhoutte got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Polska's Boris Baldini got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th match minute, Pierrevillers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donald Guénot to maneuver through the defense. If Jackson Amri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rémy Arnoux made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noureddine Boquet in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Noureddine Boquet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rémy Arnoux, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Noureddine Boquet was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pierrevillers's Edgard Blond got a free kick in the 81st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Polska's Florent Casoni tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. During the 83rd minute of the match Ferdinand Vanhoutte completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ferdinand Vanhoutte a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Pierrevillers getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ferdinand Vanhoutte hit a great ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pierrevillers's goalkeeper Henri Plisson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Pierrevillers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
