After a rather tough play, Stains's Ahmed Moya got a free kick in the 7th minute. Gameiro Pitiot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Fauvel, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 25 played minutes FC Bayeux got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Marc Rodriguez. After a rather tough play, FC Bayeux's Rodolphe Balland got a free kick in the 30th minute. FC Bayeux's Gameiro Pitiot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Seret in the 44th minute of play. Gameiro Pitiot came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Stains's Tim Seret. But to his dismay, Tim Seret quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Stains were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Théophile Jullien made the kick off in the second half. Gameiro Pitiot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Fauvel, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Jonathan Fauvel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Sidney Bordier managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bayeux's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidney Bordier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blaise Delfau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th match minute, Stains was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Fauvel to maneuver through the defense. Tim Seret's late challenge caught a FC Bayeux's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tim Seret helped the player get up and apologised. 70 minutes into the game, Ewan Garrel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stains's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bayeux the free kick. A collision led to Stains getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ewan Garrel hit a great ball. Jonathan Fauvel scored 0-2 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gameiro Pitiot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blaise Delfau came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bayeux's Dylan Bonnefon. But to his dismay, Dylan Bonnefon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Fouque got free with Gameiro Pitiot in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th match minute, Stains was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florent Humeau to maneuver through the defense.
