The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigue Goude was the one to do the kick off. Massy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Morgan Audoin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Bordier in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of FC Bayeux booed when Massy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Badier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dylan Bonnefon's late challenge caught a Massy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Marc-Antoine Bonne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The FC Bayeux supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Massy's performance. The match ended with a win for Massy.
