Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. André Soret could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Ben Carteron made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre Raud during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Bouvard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Raud to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes Dommartemont got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Pinault. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Boulle in the 43rd minute of play forced Dommartemont's goalkeeper Gaël Vincendeau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Jim Boulle made a precise shot to the right of Gaël Vincendeau. Dommartemont's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Freddy Pinault was the one to do the kick off. Ben Carteron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Pinault in the 54th minute of play. Dommartemont's Gaël Vincendeau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Boulle in the 59th minute of play. Jim Boulle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Dommartemont's Freddy Pinault got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ben Carteron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Pinault, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Gaël Vincendeau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Boulle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jim Boulle in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaël Vincendeau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dommartemont had played much better football throughout.
