The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabri Lafargue got free with Rayan Gueroult in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Junior Théophile reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rayan Gueroult. The goal made the score 1-0. Béthuneasd's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mathias Toure 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Sabri Lafargue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rayan Gueroult made a huge save. Boussange's Clément Delande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Dulac in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Dulac to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Rémi Dalmas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clément Delande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Boussange's Junior Théophile nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rayan Gueroult made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Sabri Lafargue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joe Dulac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boussange's goalkeeper Clément Delande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rayan Gueroult showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Marie-Louise in the 68th minute of the match. Renaud Lanoë received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Clément Delande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Bakary Dallier sped through Boussange's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Clément Delande. When Joe Dulac came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Béthuneasd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joe Dulac couldn't finish the play. After having played for 92 minutes, Bakary Dallier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Béthuneasd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bakary Dallier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joe Dulac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Clément Delande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boussange were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Béthuneasd for a fine match.
