Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Clement Gabillard got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Thise's zone, André Soret stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Gehin came out of the goal and André Soret tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dommartemont's Gaël Vincendeau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reda Tournadre in the 5th minute of play. After 7 minutes, Valérien Guilloux mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dommartemont and the Thise players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valérien Guilloux kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Reda Tournadre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gaël Vincendeau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 played minutes, Thise's Sylvain Vergnes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaël Vincendeau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Thise reached it. If André Soret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Clement Gabillard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Soret recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Pinault fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Gehin having to interfere. After 26 minutes of play, Thise's Reda Tournadre made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaël Vincendeau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaël Vincendeau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clement Gabillard in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clement Gabillard in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaël Vincendeau saved Dommartemont from getting behind. Robin Gehin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Pinault, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Valérien Guilloux who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Robin Gehin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 40 played minutes Thise got a freekick which was hit by Regis Rioual. A collision led to Dommartemont getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Valérien Guilloux hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Dommartemont got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Christien. 46 minutes into the match, Clement Gabillard notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Dommartemont's Gaël Vincendeau. Gaël Vincendeau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Clement Gabillard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reda Tournadre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gaël Vincendeau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Gehin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Soret, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. André Soret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Gehin having to interfere. Robin Gehin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valérien Guilloux went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Thise's Gaël Vincendeau threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Clement Gabillard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Thise's Regis Rioual got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute Clement Gabillard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaël Vincendeau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaël Vincendeau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clement Gabillard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Valérien Guilloux was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. A collision led to Dommartemont getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Valérien Guilloux hit a great ball. Dommartemont's Gaël Vincendeau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clement Gabillard in the 95th minute of play. Gaël Vincendeau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clement Gabillard in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Thise eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
