Sammy Fourre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Étienne Nony hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 minutes, Sammy Éloi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boussange and the Thise players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Boussange's zone, Noe Quint stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Lachaise came out of the goal and Noe Quint tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Étienne Nony in the 34th minute of play forced Thise's goalkeeper Robin Gehin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Allan Marie-Louise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Gehin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Thomas Creteur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Boussange's Junior Théophile in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thise's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reda Tournadre got free with Joseph Lachaise in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Étienne Nony ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robin Gehin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Joseph Lachaise showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clement Gabillard, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Thise's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Marie-Louise came free, but Robin Gehin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Boussange's Robin Gehin threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Junior Théophile, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th minute, Sammy Éloi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Sammy Éloi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boussange fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 67 minutes into the match, Boussange's goal looked a bit too open when Noe Quint came free, but Joseph Lachaise reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joseph Lachaise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reda Tournadre in the 68th minute of play. Robin Gehin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boussange. Sammy Éloi hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Junior Théophile was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. Joseph Lachaise went to the wrong direction when Jocelyn Deleage was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Allan Marie-Louise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Gehin having to interfere. Joseph Lachaise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Regis Rioual in the 87th minute of the match. Joseph Lachaise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reda Tournadre in the 88th minute of play. Sammy Fourre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Robin Gehin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Thise's zone, Étienne Nony stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Gehin came out of the goal and Étienne Nony tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robin Gehin was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Étienne Nony capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Étienne Nony really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. The Thise fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boussange were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
