The tension between the Lezs and the Béthuneasd players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Béthuneasd booed when Lezs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Hélie didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryan Decool to strike the kick off in the second half. Béthuneasd's Rayan Gueroult proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Béthuneasd from getting a goal against them. Lezs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Béthuneasd the free kick. Aymerick Burnier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Lezs's Melvin Diaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Rayan Gueroult came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lezs's Ryan Decool. But to his dismay, Ryan Decool quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Yannick Picq scored 1-7 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Ginet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Joe Dulac managed to get in a good position for a shot. Béthuneasd's supporters rose to their feet, but Joe Dulac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Ginet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Mario Drieux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bakary Dallier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lezs played a much better game than Béthuneasd and deserved their victory. The Béthuneasd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
