In the 57thth minute of the game Patrick Ratinaud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lokomotiv Lelle's Honoré Descarpentries was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 minutes, Innokentiy Ismailov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red Star F.C. and the Lokomotiv Lelle players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patrick Ratinaud blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Honoré Descarpentries having to make a save. 5-0 became the score in the 84th minute when Patrick Ratinaud elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Patrick Ratinaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarod Coutelle hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Red Star F.C. were the better team. Red Star F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
