Spectators: 8011 (Terracing: 6017, Seating: 1844, VIP seats: 150) Gaspard Fouque started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 10 played minutes Ouges got a freekick which was hit by Gaspard Fouque. After a defensive mix-up in Ouges's zone, Eleuterio Sidoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jérémy Ginola came out of the goal and Eleuterio Sidoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ouges's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modane Gare FC the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Ouges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Barrot to maneuver through the defense. Eleuterio Sidoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jérémy Ginola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michaël Bauer struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Jérémy Ginola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modane Gare FC. The supporters of Modane Gare FC booed when Ouges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félicien Clermont didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleuterio Sidoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erwan Adoniso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérémy Ginola having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eleuterio Sidoro in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jérémy Ginola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jérémy Ginola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julien Belli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes in the game, Eleuterio Sidoro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Eleuterio Sidoro put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jérémy Ginola. Eleuterio Sidoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jérémy Ginola. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eleuterio Sidoro ran back to his position shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eleuterio Sidoro made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play Ouges's Tommy Barrot was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Modane Gare FC booed when Ouges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Barrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jérémy Ginola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eleuterio Sidoro's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Justin Laude charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justin Laude the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th match minute, Ouges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Laude to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Eleuterio Sidoro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jérémy Ginola. Ouges's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eleuterio Sidoro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Julien Belli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jérémy Ginola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Sidoro in the 88th minute of play.
