In the 5thth minute of the game Hugon Barciniak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Troyes's Florian Bougas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Troyes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stéphane Prime in the 13th minute. Florian Bougas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugon Barciniak went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Troyes defense, Hugon Barciniak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florian Bougas. The Troyes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florian Bougas should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Hugon Barciniak put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Florian Bougas. With a little luck, Ludres's Codrin Boaru got control of the ball when Stéphane Prime tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Ludres fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Ludres's Hugon Barciniak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Radoslaw Przewozik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugon Barciniak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hugon Barciniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugon Barciniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Bougas having to interfere. The supporters of Ludres booed when Troyes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jocelyn Larre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Bougas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Barciniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With a little luck, Troyes's Florian Bougas got control of the ball when Nash Leach tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute Ludres were awarded a corner. Hugon Barciniak went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Troyes getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gilbert Brousseau hit a great ball. Florian Bougas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Barciniak in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes in the game Lon Edur did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Théodore Quintin. Nash Leach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Bougas having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Stéphane Prime left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Troyes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. In the 89th minute, Ludres's Daniel Plessis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Florian Bougas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugon Barciniak in the 93rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Troyes's zone, Nash Leach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Bougas came out of the goal and Nash Leach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ludres played a much better game than Troyes and deserved their victory. The Troyes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
