Eden Serra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steevy Dumay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyrille Raimbault made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Montanay got a freekick which was hit by Baptiste Bras. Eden Serra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabri Groussard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merchâteau's Cyrille Raimbault got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eden Serra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. A collision led to Merchâteau getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Xavier Bessin hit a great ball. Just Doucet was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th match minute, Montanay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Just Doucet to maneuver through the defense.
