Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pierrick Soyer took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Arthur Debord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Pichaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Montanay booed when SERBANNE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierrick Soyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joe Baud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The supporters of SERBANNE booed when Montanay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Just Doucet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 minutes of play, SERBANNE's Evan Guilmin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Axel Pichaud was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Pierrick Soyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Evan Guilmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Pichaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joe Baud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arthur Debord during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Arthur Debord hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 minutes, Salim Breuil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SERBANNE and the Montanay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes SERBANNE got a freekick which was hit by Salim Breuil. Axel Pichaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salim Breuil in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Debord in the 51st minute of play forced Montanay's goalkeeper Axel Pichaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steevy Dumay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joe Baud having to make a save. The supporters of Montanay booed when SERBANNE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Debord didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Montanay defense, Evan Guilmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Axel Pichaud. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evan Guilmin got free with Axel Pichaud in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, Montanay's goal looked a bit too open when Pierrick Soyer came free, but Axel Pichaud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux sped through SERBANNE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joe Baud. The audience was convinced that Jean-Christophe Desrousseaux's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joe Baud was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Montanay's Axel Pichaud proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Montanay from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierrick Soyer in the 88th minute of play forced Montanay's goalkeeper Axel Pichaud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Evan Guilmin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Pichaud. Montanay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evan Guilmin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Just Doucet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SERBANNE played a much better game than Montanay and deserved their victory. The Montanay players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
